This New Year’s Eve, the ATLAS steak + fish chefs present a most indulgent dinner with some of our favourite ingredients – truffles, caviar, lobster, and the most premium proteins. 

In conjunction with the multi-course meal, a selection of enhancements will be available including our Chilled Seafood Tower, fresh oysters, king crab, and of course a collection of bubbles.
