Many older adults have a lifetime of valuable driving experience. However, changes in vision, physical fitness, reflexes and driving environments can affect our ability to drive safely.
This presentation will explore common driving challenges that happen as we age and provide strategies to adjust driving habits so we can stay safe and happy while on the road.
Presented in partnership with the Alberta Health Services Edmonton Zone - Population Health Promotion.
