A great afternoon featuring enesembles from our wonderful community, including a trio featuring soprano Andrea Corder with Renee Perez on archlute, and Stephanie Wong on harpsichord presenting works by women composers.

It is a rare treat to hear a recorder quartet. Ensemble al Contrario is a mainstay of Edmonton’s community music scene. Baroque’n Hearts Chamber ensemble delves into the music of Bononcini and Bernardi, and Divertimento shows us that you don’t need period instruments to play the most amazing baroque music.

  • Andrea Corder, soprano
    Renee Perez, archlute
    Stephanie Wong, harpsichord
  • Recorder Quartet Ensemble al Contrario
