How can your organization courageously transform and become more resilient in the face of changes in volunteerism?

Volunteers engage with our organizations for a variety of reasons. But how often do we put on the lens of someone engaging with us for the first time? What would we learn?

Join us for an empathy mapping exercise. An empathy map is described as "... a collaborative visualization used to articulate what we know about a particular type of user. It externalizes knowledge about users in order to 1) create a shared understanding of user needs, and 2) aid in decision making." (Nielsen Norman Group)

Come and share your ideas and experiences, ask questions, and generally be curious about how we engage with people who want to support our causes.

This event may be photographed and may be used for future social media and publication purposes.
