A thoughtful guitarist, songwriter, and producer - Gareth Gilliland has played music in Canada and Europe for a decade.

Gareth holds a Bachelor’s in Music from Macewan University where he studied with renowned guitarists Jim Head, Mo Lefever, and Jamie Philp. Gareth currently co-runs a weekly improvised music event entitled New Standards, tours with local rock favourite VISSIA, and is involved in ensembles ranging from jazz, rock, and country music. Gareth has always chased the common thread that runs through all music, and he hopes to share that with audiences.
