Ernest's Dining Room is excited to host a fundraising dinner for the Global Chef Challenge Team Canada, in partnership with NAIT Culinary students.
As they gear up for the World Finals in Singapore this October, the team is on a mission to secure victory and bring home the gold. Led by the renowned Chef and NAIT alumnus, Francis Flores, the team also includes Ottis Crabbe, a talented member of The Junior Culinary Team Canada, and the esteemed Chef Alex Maryniak serving as the Pastry Advisor.
