Mentorship Cafe | Leagues as Diverse and Inclusive Spaces
Building on the work of the AntiRacism project EFCL ran with Leagues and BIPOC partners, this Mentorship Cafe will explore more broadly how Community Leagues can become better allies to the variety of identities and communities that make our city vibrant.
Discussion Questions:
- How is your League currently working with diverse members of your community?
- What are some practices your League takes to be more inclusive?
- Have you partnered with any BIPOC organizations to bring diverse events to your community?
- What resources and support does your League need to increase participation in your neighborhood — especially from underrepresented groups?
