HIGH-IMPACT SOLUTIONS FOR A CIRCULAR ECONOMY: The presentation will delve into the work that BioDF has completed on its transformative AI/ML bio-data toolset called the Maximizer, empowering today’s Biotech professionals to support a sustainable future.

About Bio-Conversion Databank Foundation:

The Bio-Conversion Databank Foundation is a registered Not-for-Profit (NFP) organization that is focused on industrial bioconversion and synthetic biology.  BioDF is a global hub for credible knowledge associated with the building blocks of bioconversion for a circular economy. The product of BioDF is the Maximizer, an application of AI and Machine Learning for developing organisms and scaling up technology, tools, platforms, processes, and bio-industrial systems. The “Maximizer” is a secure, open-source global hub and user workspace for genetic and ‘omics information designed to facilitate collaboration for work in synthetic biology research and development.

Bio-Conversion Databank Foundation was incorporated under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act on December 16, 2019 and registered as an Extra Provincial Corporation with the Province of Alberta. The registered office is situated in Alberta.

BioDF offers a collaborative platform (the Maximizer) that provides workspace, data, tools and access to expertise for genetic and synthetic biology research. BioDF's services will develop talent, stimulate RD&I investment, advance prosperity, and support the growth of bioscience firms in health and other sectors. Maximizer is the state-of-the-art digital infrastructure necessary for linking, encouraging, and supporting research groups, wet labs, RTOs, bio foundries and biotech companies to build global leadership in commercial and sustainable biosciences innovation. With sufficient funding, BioDF will deploy its leading-edge capabilities to bring communities together, improve and create circular economy systems and support Alberta's biotech industry.
