Take a paddle through the Alberta producers we support without ever leaving your table.

We're excited to welcome back the Canoe Trip, a once-a-month six-course tasting menu designed for those who like to try "a little bit of everything" when they go out for a special meal.

All you have to do is sit back, relax, & enjoy your evening as we guide you through "the best of Chartier"

The canoe trip is offered on the first Tuesday of every month only (no a la carte menu available, all guests must participate in the canoe trip experience).
