This breakfast seminar will provide a behaviorally based perspective on those who are chronically overwhelmed, short on time or always seem to be struggling. Presented by a Neurodivergent facilitator with lived experience, attendees will learn the science behind dysregulation, how it impacts Neurodivergent and Neurotypical brains, and tools/language to use in the workplace to make a real difference for your team.

— Candor Diversity Group

Our event facilitator today is Geoff Bykes, owner and founder of Candor Diversity Group. Coming from a background of work related disability claims, Geoff was diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum 6 years ago which was a turning point in both his personal and professional life. Now, Geoff works with his wife & business partner Allana to break the stigma that surrounds those who identify as being Neurodiverse, and brings real world experience, tools and knowledge to help employers & employees understand, appreciate and accommodate each others needs.

This seminar has been PRE-APPROVED for 1 hour of CE credit with CPHR Alberta.
