Does introduction of AI signify we are leaving the Information Age and entering into a new era that will stress existing institutions?

Jumpstart your business with the Business Booster Innovation Challenge!

The Business Booster Workshop Series is a program of monthly facilitator-led sessions designed for small group discussion. Powered by Abinsi Consulting and spondored by NABI, The Management Institute and the United Innovation Collective, the series was created for business owners, product specialists, managers and leaders. As a group of innovative business owners, participants are challenged to think openly about current situations and ways to introduce transformative change that can address identified challenges.

This month's topic is are we at the end of the information age?

Since the computer was introduced in the 1970's it has become a significant driver of innovation and change over the last fifty years. The introduction of AI and embedded systems is equally significant to suggest that we are leaving the Information Age and entering into a new era that will stress existing institutions and structures used to support our economic and social interactions. What can we do to shift our perspectives?
