A Guided Tour & Overview of New Multi-Residential Assets

Join us for an immersive afternoon touring two of Edmonton’s prominent new purpose-built multi-residential assets, The Gardens and Le Louvre Residences. The buildings are both located within Century Park, a transit-oriented mixed-use community in South Edmonton.

The Gardens is a pre-cast concrete asset nearing construction completion by Eagle Builders & ProCura Real Estate Services, which will serve as an excellent part II to the Eagle Builders facility tour on June 18 to demonstrate a complete precast concrete asset. Le Louvre Residences is a wood-frame, stabilized asset by ProCura.

Following the tours, we will enjoy light refreshments as Sherry Schluessel, Chief Operating Officer and Danish Wasim the Cheif Investment Officer at ProCura, and Dennis Haan, Director of Eagle Builders and Tony Randhawa, VP of KH Developments, takes us through the construction, operational and market differences of a concrete vs. wood-frame apartment building. Networking to follow.

Ensure you wear comfortable walking shoes for the tour and quick 10 minute walk between the two buildings.
