Summer is beer season! While in North America we traditionally associate summer beer with pale lagers and fruit beer, different cultures around the world take a different approach to what they quaff on their patios and in their parks. There is a lot more out there than fizzy yellow water! This four-course food and beer pairing will explore the wide range of flavours designed to be best enjoyed during a sunny day.
