With over 3,200 followers on LinkedIn, Tara has created a strong presence for discussion, is a well respected keynote speaker and is the creator of the Neurodiversity in the Workplace professional development learning series in partnership with Athabasca University.
Tara has been taking the stage as a keynote speaker advancing the need for workplaces to begin normalizing and accepting neurodiversity in the workplace. Tara's approach is centered around reducing labels and creating a human centric approach that everyone can see themselves a part of.
She is an HR professional with lived experience with ADHD and is dedicating her career to #normalizingmindsofallkinds in the workplace.
