  • Access on-site employer resources, and post specific jobs to local & targeted hiring boards for free
  • Increase exposure and company profile within the region to attract job seekers
  • Network with local employers
  • Attend the Keynote Speaker presentation by Derek Bruno – Founder and Managing Partner of SevGen Consulting. Learn how to engage, employ and retain Indigenous staff and businesses, and challenge deeply rooted systemic and institutional barriers through innovative practices, partnerships and policies. Sharing his lived experience as an award-winning First Nations entrepreneur with a rewarding career spanning nearly three decades, Derek will highlight upcoming opportunities and trends for making powerful progress for economic reconciliation.

    Program:

    11 to 11:30 a.m. – Employer Registration, table set-up and B2B networking

    11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Light lunch & Keynote presentation for St. Albert employers

    1 to 4 p.m. - Job Fair and Networking

  • Employer registration – FREE - secures your attendance for lunch and the keynote speaker. Registration is required for catering purposes.
  • Employer table registration - $20 – secures a table/booth for the job fair.
  • Are you a job seeker?

  • Attend from 1 to 4 p.m. only.
  • Admission to the job fair is free for job seekers, and no registration or ticket is required.
  • Interpreters will be available for newcomers at the St. Albert Further Education table (Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Tagalog).
  • Before the event, book a FREE resume consultation with a Resume and Job Search Tutor through the St. Albert Public Library. To book an evening or weekend appointment at the Downtown Library, call the Information Desk at 780-459-1682.
