If climate change is impacting our health, what is the cure?

With earlier wildfire activity, unprecedented extreme heat waves and increased risk of both flooding and drought, we are increasingly seeing the impacts of climate change all around us. Climate change is no longer a distant threat, it is our current reality. And, these climate extremes impact everything that we care about – including our health. How does climate change impact your health? And, what can you do about it?

Join our discussion with Dr. Sherilee Harper, U of A professor and vice chair of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (WGI IPCC), to understand how climate change affects your health, the role of climate-health science in local to international decision-making and how health equity contributes to climate solutions.
