The Stony Plain Youth Centre, in partnership with the WestView Primary Care Network and Edmonton Zone Injury Prevention, has been awarded the SOARING (Strengthen Opportunities for Adolescent Resilience, Inclusion and Growth) grant for youth ages 12-24 in Alberta. This is a youth-led project, where local youth will identify, plan, and develop an activity or initiative that will improve their health and well-being.

Schedule for the day

  • 1:00 - 1:30pm - Opening Remarks from DJ Shark & Waiver Signing
  • 1:30 - 2:30pm - Kangoo Shoes with Studio 35
  • 1:30 - 3:30pm - In-line Skating with Alien Inline
  • 3:30 - 4:00pm - Break with food from the Stony Plain Concession Team
  • 4:00 - 4:30pm - 100M Dash with possible special guests
  • 4:30 - 5:55pm - Football with Stony Plain Bombers Assistant Coach
  • 5:55 - 6:00pm - Closing Remarks with DJ Shark.
