Dr. Oksana Tashkinova, Head of the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Pryazovskyi State Technical University in Mariupol, will bring a firsthand perspective of her city's resilience. Dr. Marielle Papin, a Canadian Research Chair and Assistant Professor at MacEwan University, will bring a global perspective on innovative governance and urban sustainability. Dr. Denise J Larsen, a University of Alberta professor and co-leader of Hope Studies Central, will close by exploring the role of hope in city building.
Together, these stories will uncover the power of collective resilience and the potential for urban rebirth and community rebuilding in our Cities of Tomorrow.
