Build your success story in St. Albert and discover how this growing mid-sized city is 'Invested In' new developments, local businesses, our community, and economic growth. Find out about the growth of St. Albert's housing market and how that will impact development.

This years guest speaker is one of Alberta's most prominent real estate advisors with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience.

Cory Wosnack is a Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young. He is a 10-time member of Avison Young's Circle of Excellence – a distinction awarded to the firm's top performers worldwide. Cory will share insight into Alberta's secondary markets and how that may influence the province's GDP and discuss how suburban communities are becoming investment hubs.

Mayor Cathy Heron will bring a warm welcome and share how Council is 'Invested In' St. Albert and how their priorities will help shape the City.

To round out the morning, Economic Development will present an update on the City's commercial and industrial activity, emerging trends, steps being taken to revitalize the downtown, and what's in store for St. Albert.
