Join ATB and Prisca Pange-Ibinimion for this interactive workshop on running a cost-effective business.

Whether you just started your business, or have been running it for a while, you are probably wondering, "How can we spend less money on expenses?" Companies like Walmart have become increasingly successful by implementing the tips that will be shared in this session. Grab a pen, a paper, and a ready-to-make-it attitude and join us for a couple of hours of enlightenment.

Your will be provided with a worksheet and guided on how to apply the knowledge to real-life situations in your businesses. You will leave with clear action points and the confidence to take them.

Actionable learning outcomes include:

  • Approaching your business with the "holy grails" of business strategy.
  • Identifying a simplified approach to Business Process Mapping (BPM).
  • Identifying the value that your operations bring vs. your costs.
  • Viewing technology as a business strategy, rather than additional costly tools.
  • Who should attend?

This workshop is suitable for Entrepreneurs in all business stages.
