In this session, you will learn:
1. The difference between sole proprietorships, partnerships and incorporations
2. How the CRA views each registration
3. The difference between a Business # and a GST#
4. How to choose a name for your business and why it's not as important as you may think
5. The difference between tradenames and Trademarks
6. The roles and responsibilities of Directors, Officers, and Shareholders in a Corporation
7. The importance of maintaining current corporate records
Prior to attending, we recommend viewing our "Business Structures" short video and preparing your questions in advance. Space is limited for this session as it will be an interactive small group workshop format online.
