We support leaders and individuals from ethno-cultural communities in strengthening the capacities of individuals, organizations, and more broadly, their ethno-cultural communities. The coalition also fosters collaborations between ethno-cultural communities and explores working opportunities with Indigenous and mainstream/dominant communities.
