Open since October 2009, Duchess Bake Shop is located on bustling 124th Street in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We offer the perfect blend of classic French pastries, like macarons, croissants, and tarts, and Alberta favourites, like brownies and butter tarts. At Duchess we make all of our products daily in-house from scratch—no mixes, no preservatives, no shortcuts. We strive to use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients possible, such as the superb Valrhona chocolate from France, 84% churn butter, and all-natural flavourings and extracts. The entire staff, from chef to server, is dedicated to providing exceptional products and service.
