The play explores the theme of survival while raising questions about war and about what makes a hero, what's different about Billy, and what is special about Canada and Canadians. But mostly it's just about having a very theatrical good time while celebrating a flawed but successful Canadian hero. It's been a great pleasure to work with this talented collective team and this terrific young company, Edmonton Repertory Theatre.
