Les Délices (pronounced Lay day-lease) delights, inspires, educates, and expands audiences for music on period instruments through innovative programming and world class performances. With deep roots in our Northeast Ohio community, Les Délices is building a national reputation as a leader in the field of early music, advancing its relevance and sustainability by welcoming collaboration, embracing digital media, and emphasizing accessibility and relatability in programming.

Bohemian Rhapsody

This intimate, colorful chamber music program for oboe and strings celebrates little-known Bohemian and Moravian composers along with the Classical Era’s most enduring genius: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Honoring self-expression and cultural difference, the program explores themes of separation, nostalgia, and homecoming through folk tunes and other traces of Czech cultural identity.
