Rooted in Vegreville, Alberta, Floating Stone Ranch is a fifth-generation family operation with a 3,000-head cow-calf herd and a commitment to raising quality beef while caring for the land. From regenerative grazing practices to carefully selected cattle, their approach reflects a deep respect for the relationship between the land, the animals, and the food we share.

Inspired by the spirit of The Cowboy Way, our kitchen will showcase five beef preparations, from cured and dry-aged cuts to grilled, confit, and braised dishes. Each course offers a different perspective on Alberta beef, highlighting its versatility, flavour, and the craft behind every cut.

A selection of curated wines will be available by the glass and bottle, including suggested pairings to complement the menu.
