Join Chef Tony Tipping of WildRoots Bistro for a festive Christmas High Tea featuring a thoughtful selection of sweet and savoury bites inspired by the season. Expect elevated flavours, creative twists on classic high tea favourites and a menu designed to make the afternoon feel a little more special.

Tony’s approach to food is rooted in the traditions he grew up with, from his mother’s garden and home preserving to his years working in kitchens across Canada, the United States and England. Today, alongside his wife Chelsea at WildRoots Bistro, he brings that same love of food, creativity and community to brunch, pop-ups and special dining experiences.

This Christmas tea is a chance to slow down, gather with friends and family, and enjoy a festive experience with a chef who loves putting his own spin on tradition.
