On Remembrance Day, we honour the courage, service and sacrifice of fallen Canadians, veterans and current service members who have defended our freedoms.

The City of Edmonton honours the dedication of our Canadian Armed Forces members and the many brave sacrifices they have made so that we can live in safe and peaceful communities.

Edmontonians and members of surrounding communities gather on November 11 to remember these sacrifices and show appreciation to our current and former Canadian Armed Forces members and their families.
