An eccentric poodle breeder lures a broke college student to her remote ranch with the promise of research funding. But, as he soon learns, there's a catch.

Directed by Alex Goyette | 97 min | 2026 | USA | Rated 18+

Starring: Daniel Doheny, Dot-Marie Jones, Maddie Phillips

Russell is a dedicated researcher who has spent years developing a solution to save the endangered bee population. Struggling with limited funding, Russell’s prospects brighten when a dog breeder, Patti, offers to sponsor his work. Drawn to her isolated ranch, Russell soon realizes that Patti’s ambitions go far beyond saving bees.

Featuring a ferocious performance by Dot-Marie Jones, experience the film that blew away audiences at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival—a darkly funny, incredibly twisted cautionary tale that will make you think twice about accepting invitations from strangers.
