Kick off Edmonton Design Week 2026 in style at the Cobalt — music, food, community, and a first look at MADE by Young Bloods.

Celebrate the start of Edmonton Design Week 2026 with an evening that brings together the design community to mark the beginning of the week ahead — this year exploring our theme, Method: the process behind the making. Food and drinks will be available throughout the evening.

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to explore MADE by Young Bloods, a volunteer-run showcase for Edmonton's emerging design community. 15 selected designers present deep dives into their work in a public gallery — a chance to meaningfully explore the process and intent behind work across a variety of disciplines, platforming young creative voices and connecting them with peers, industry professionals, and the public.
