Our first dinner party of the fall series is Hyderabad Cook House. Indian restaurants are having their moment, but in North America, most people have been exposed to northern Indian or a mish-mash of the country's regional cuisines. We will introduce you to the finest dosa, sambar, idli and biryani in town and bust any misperceptions, if they still exist, regarding wine with Indian cuisine (spoiler alert: there are no barriers to serving wine with Indian cuisine).
