Perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause. Wherever you are in this transition, you belong here.
Join us at Balance Wellness for a monthly community built to ensure you are seen, heard, and understood. This is a judgment-free space to share experiences, gain clarity, and walk this path alongside others.
Monthly meet-ups are led by Balance Wellness and Kelly Langford of Pause Labs, ensuring you get expert answers to your toughest questions.
