In this lighthearted apocalyptic musical comedy, relentlessly positive Frankie recruits curmudgeonly former librarian Jean to establish the Wasteland Public Library. Together, they catalogue and scavenge to preserve what remains of humanity's knowledge in a little free library.
A lighthearted, apocalyptic musical comedy about almost two librarians. Unrelentingly positive Frankie recruits curmudgeonly former librarian Jean to help establish the Wasteland Public Library, where they catalogue, scavenge, and archive to preserve what is left of humanity's knowledge in a little free library.
The show was previously workshopped with Lunchbox Theatre in Calgary. Its script was further developed into a musical and premiered at the 2026 Edmonton Fringe.
