Move for Mental Health is a 5 km fun run in support of the Alberta Mental Health Foundation!

Move for Mental Health is a 5km fun run through the beautiful Whitemud ravine and the Aspen Gardens neighborhood; at the end of the race we will have a barbecue and prizes. All of the proceeds go towards the Albert Mental Health Foundation to support mental health research, education, and care systems. Whether you’d like to run or volunteer we would love to welcome you to our event.

Additional Information/Details:

- Registration fee will again be $20 + tax and fees per runner available here on Eventbrite or at the event. We cannot issue tax slips for registration.

-If you would like to make an additional donation, go to https://mentalhealthfoundation.ca/move-for-mental-health/ we can issue tax slips for these non-registration donations.

- Pets are welcome and encouraged to attend.

- The route is actually 5.5 km and includes some moderate elevation change as it goes down into and up out of the ravine.

- Additional race day information will be sent out to those who register.

-This event is partnered with Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink to match donations up to 50%.
