Move for Mental Health is a 5km fun run through the beautiful Whitemud ravine and the Aspen Gardens neighborhood; at the end of the race we will have a barbecue and prizes. All of the proceeds go towards the Albert Mental Health Foundation to support mental health research, education, and care systems. Whether you’d like to run or volunteer we would love to welcome you to our event.

Additional Information/Details:

- Registration fee will again be $20 + tax and fees per runner available here on Eventbrite or at the event. We cannot issue tax slips for registration.

- Pets are welcome and encouraged to attend.

- The route is actually 5.5 km and includes some moderate elevation change as it goes down into and up out of the ravine.
