Nature Detectives - Recommended Ages 8 to 13

Join us at Sir Wilfred Laurier Park on August 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM (MT) for a fun and engaging outdoor adventure!

This event is perfect for kids aged 8 to 13 who love exploring nature and discovering the great outdoors. Come ready to learn and have a blast in the fresh air!

Parents come along for free :-)

The walk is hosted by Michelle Harris, Founder and Operator of Nature Loop https://www.natureloop.ca/ and Author of the Green Side of Edmonton

The Adventure begins at 1:00pm at the entrance into Sir Wilfred Laurier Park and ends at 4:30pm at the same location.

Look for Michelle in the south end of the Zoo parking lot holding a Canadian Flag.
