Join us for an in-person workshop focused on helping moms and their families build healthy eating habits through practical nutrition tips

Join us for an engaging and interactive Mothers Nutrition Workshop led by Nida Mir, Registered Dietitian (RD) & Nutritionist. This hands-on session will focus on practical nutrition tips and simple ways to prepare healthy, delicious snacks for the whole family.

Participants will learn how to make healthier versions of samosas and homemade energy balls, while exploring the importance of balanced eating and easy ways to incorporate nutrient-rich foods into everyday meals and snacks.

This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable nutrition knowledge, discover new recipes, and connect with other mothers in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you're looking for healthy snack ideas, tips for feeding your family, or simply a fun and informative activity, we would love to have you join us!
