An opportunity to come together and learn how to make sense of suicide loss.

After a loss in the community, we can all struggle with feelings of grief. Sharing can help us remember we are not alone. Together, we will learn how to make sense of a suicide loss and what we can do to help ourselves and each other.

It can remind us that we’re not alone. Some of the topics include:

  • Understanding suicide
  • Making sense of the loss
  • Taking care of ourselves for a better future

Registration is required, and there are a limited number of seats available.
