National Indigenous Peoples Day is an opportunity to learn from and celebrate the diverse cultures, histories, and contributions of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples. It is also a time to come together in the spirit of connection, learning, and reconciliation.
96 Street in front of Bissell Centre will be closed for the day and transformed into a vibrant gathering space featuring:
- Traditional dancing and musical performances
- A free traditional meal
- Family-friendly activities
- Cultural experiences and community connection
Everyone is welcome to attend this free, rain-or-shine event.
Come celebrate Indigenous cultures, connect with community, and join us for an afternoon of learning, food, music, and fun.
