This in-person Lunch & Learn is designed for high-functioning adults and caregivers who carry a lot - and are starting to feel it in their bodies.

If you’ve been experiencing low energy, disrupted sleep, digestive discomfort, or simply not feeling like yourself, this session will help you understand what’s really happening beneath the surface.

In this 45-minute session, you’ll learn:

  • Why your body may feel “stuck” despite doing all the right things
  • How chronic stress impacts your energy, digestion, and nervous system
  • Simple, practical ways to begin supporting your body immediately
  • A new, structured approach to restoring balance - without overwhelm

This is not another list of things to do.
It’s a different way of understanding and supporting your body.

- Light lunch will be provided (you’re also welcome to bring your own)
- In-person at St. Albert Chamber of Commerce
- Limited seating available
