Celebrate Arts District Day in the Heart of Downtown Edmonton!

Join us for the first-ever Arts District Day—a FREE, block-party–style celebration of creativity, community, and culture.

Spend the day exploring three of Edmonton's leading arts destinations—the Art Gallery of Alberta, Citadel Theatre, and Winspear Centre—as they come alive with pop-up performances, interactive experiences, and artistic activations designed for all ages. Wander between venues, discover something unexpected, and experience the energy of the downtown Arts District together.

Free admission | No registration required

What to Expect

Get ready to feel the pulse of the city! The Arts District is transforming into an all-access creative playground where the next discovery is just a doorstep away. From spontaneous pop-up performances and hands-on art stations to exclusive local artist collabs, every corner is packed with unexpected moments. Grab a friend and dive into a downtown experience where the doors are open, the art is live, and the surprises never stop.

Concert Series

Art in motion. Music in color. The Arts District Day Concert Series brings live sound to the Art Gallery of Alberta. Whether you're stumbling upon a free performance in the halls or join us for a spotlight show in the theatre (ticket purchases are required), come experience the perfect harmony of art and music.
