Join us for a dynamic online conference designed to uplift, educate, and empower Black youth through mental wellness, culture, and community.

Strengthening the Mind: Empowering Black Youth Through Healing, Culture & Community is a youth-centered virtual gathering that creates a safe, affirming space to explore mental health, build resilience, and strengthen connections.

This interactive conference will feature:

  • Workshops
  • Panel discussions
  • Breakout sessions
  • Creative healing activities
  • Powerful keynote focused on culturally informed mental health

Participants will gain practical coping skills for managing stress and anxiety, engage in honest conversations about lived experiences, and learn how cultural identity and community can support healing and well-being.

Youth will also be connected to mental health resources, peer support opportunities, and next steps for continued engagement beyond the event.


Who Should Attend:
Youth who identify as African, Caribbean and Black, aged 15–30 who are interested in mental wellness, personal growth, community connection, and culturally relevant healing practices.
