Join us for an immersive painting workshop exploring the beauty and subtlety of winter landscapes, using oils. Designed for intermediate painters this class will guide you through the process of creating atmospheric winter scenes with strong composition, tonal clarity, and a refined, limited colour palette.
You will work with a limited palette to maintain harmony and mood. The session will emphasize unique brushwork techniques—from dry brush to scumbling and edge control—to create texture, movement, and atmosphere in snow, sky, and trees. Guidance will be offered throughout to help refine your piece and enhance your personal expression.
This workshop is designed to strengthen your artistic decision-making and deepen your understanding of tone, colour, and mark-making. You’ll leave with a completed painting and a toolkit of techniques to inspire future winter works.
