Couse 1: Traditional bruschetta
Course 2: Grilled radicchio stuffed with boconcini and prosciutto drizzled with a sour cherry vinaigrette
Course 3: Stuffed jumbo shell pasta with ricotta and spinach and rose sauce
Course 4: Chicken Marsala. Chicken breast with a marsala mushroom sauce
