Join us for an unforgettable culinary evening as National Culinary Team Canada and Junior Culinary Team Canada present an exclusive fundraising tasting experience in support of their journey to the Culinary World Cup 2026 (Luxembourg) and IKA Culinary Olympics 2028 (Stuttgart).

Hosted at the renowned Ernest’s at NAIT, this event showcases the precision, creativity, and world-class techniques our teams will present on the international stage.

This Edmonton edition features a curated multi-course tasting menu crafted collaboratively by both teams, accompanied by wine pairings.
