This event will switch up the format and harken back to MCC's early roots with a "dealer's choice" inspired competition:

- only those on site will be eligible to compete

- no pre-made plans or ingredients - only what you have on-hand!

- full details will be announced on-site!

In addition to this condensed format, attendees can enjoy:

- Feature snacks from the incredible chefs at VagaBond and our hosts, Epic Market

- Bartender-inspired drink specials from Xavier
