The ICD Edmonton Chapter is hosting a three-part event series focused on the Board's role in driving innovation and productivity. While often discussed, these themes remain under-leveraged in Canadian boardrooms. Alberta, in particular, shows considerable opportunity for leadership in both areas. This series is intentionally designed to provoke bold thinking, open dialogue, and practical action. Not just focused on why Alberta has a productivity and innovation gap, but what we—as Directors—are going to do about it.
