Nicolas, 20, and Julie, 57, live alone across from each other on the third floor of an apartment building. On the landing, they cross paths, then become friends. At first unlikely, a solid friendship will nevertheless blossom between them. He is in the prime of his life; she learns that hers will be shorter than expected...
Beyond the doors of the landing, those of life will open and close for Nicolas and Julie. In this journey, they will become attached to each other and gently accompany each other, without even realizing it.
Luminous and filled with tenderness, the play offers a reflection on solitude, intergenerational relationships and the choice to die with dignity.
