Explore why equity-building is both the right thing to do and a smart investment in our future.

What would the world look like if every woman — of every colour, age, size, ability, and background — had what she needed to thrive? It would be a world where women aren't just navigating systemic barriers but reshaping the systems themselves. A world where difference is recognized as strength — and where inclusion starts with understanding that no two struggles are the same. When barriers overlap, so must our solutions.

Join United Way's Women United network for an energizing, interactive evening of connection, learning, and action.

  • Hear from inspiring speakers on the evolving state of equity, and why it still matters—from access to affordable housing and childcare to lifting women and girls into leadership.
  • Explore how to show up as an equity co-conspirator in your workplace, community, and everyday life.
  • Reflect on real-life barriers, explore the return on investing in inclusion, and make your own pledge to help drive change.
  • Meet fellow changemakers during the catered networking reception and leave with new connections.

To ensure Women United donations have the greatest impact on women and girls in our community, tickets are priced at $35 each to recover event costs. Ticket price includes a light meal.
