Set in the late 1970s, the story follows three determined women—Violet, Judy, and Doralee—who are fed up with their sexist, egotistical boss. With clever planning, a bit of chaos, and a whole lot of heart, they turn the tables and take control of the workplace, proving that teamwork and a little imagination can spark big change.
