Join us for a free in-person class designed to help older adults live well, stay active, and maintain independence.

Presented by a PCN Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian, this session will provide practical information and tools on:

  • Mental health and wellness
  • Building strength and balance
  • Eating well as we age
  • Medication, alcohol, and health
  • Fall prevention and recovery
  • Tips for staying well
  • Protecting yourself from frauds and scams
