Join us for a free in-person class designed to help older adults live well, stay active, and maintain independence.
Presented by a PCN Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian, this session will provide practical information and tools on:
- Mental health and wellness
- Building strength and balance
- Eating well as we age
- Medication, alcohol, and health
- Fall prevention and recovery
- Tips for staying well
- Protecting yourself from frauds and scams
